We saw a ton of top five action at last nights race but unfortunatley couldn’t catch asc many lucky breaks and our possible win turned to third. Here’s what #55 Brandan Kluge had to say:
“Well we caught a lucky break at the beginning when the pole sitter had an issue before the green, moved us up and we took the lead and ran away a little. Grabbed a stage win, led a bunch of laps. The last stage kind of got us with strategy when an untimely yellow came out. But we stuck to the plan and we were ready to execute and wouldn’t you know it, another yellow came out and gave the 00 a huge break. The final restart I shoved the 19 a split second early and it almost worked out for us, but I got crowded by the 00 going into 2. Car was just tight in traffic. Gutted for the team and especially Falcon Race Wraps but we move on. We’ll take a p3” – Kluge
We focus forward to Chicagoland and continuing our strong season and grabing mor points.
